And since I'm in the mood of blogging, here's a short documentation that I did for my OCSP.

It was to be submitted to YEP, so it's kinda like an official no-nonsense video kind. But it kinda sums up my Chiangmai trip, so here it is! To make up for the lack of photos & updates the past .. 1 year+ haha.

I spent quite long on it but it was fulfilling :)

If I find the time to, I'll make a fun oneee! That will include silly things and pictures from like my holiday in Bangkok as well. Heh.

And and and, because many occasions just passed such as Christmas, NY2012, CNY, BX's birthday, V'DAY and so on.. I shall do a video compilation on all that as well! Videos seem to say much more than blogging. Hehe.

Hi everyoneeee. Thought i'd do some old fashion blogging tonight since i've got the writing inspiration!

Well, a few hours ago i was at RWS watching voyage de la vie.

It's a theatre show that's been running for the longest time ever already, like since early 2010? Yeah, so I was expecting the place to be pretty empty and probably filled with a handful of tourists here and there.

Anyway, much thanks to Farah who gave us 2 tickets (mavis & i) for the show today. Heh, working at SPH probably gives quite a few benefits ah ;)

So anyway i was pretty excited about the show because of the really good reviews and thus we were hurrying and rushing there lest we miss the seating time or smthg. Heh heh, of course theres still time for some touristy pictures and bloggable shots before heading in!

POLAROID! Hehhh winnie the pooh polaroid so cuteeeee :) Our colours kinda matched just now so coincidental! The picture turned out colour-symmetrical. I love mei's toga-dress from theclosetlover! Just saying.

So back to the show...

The show started before the actual performance came on, bcos we were entertained by their smart idea to plant 2 fake angmoh tourists making a whole lot of commotion about everything, accompanied by a distressed usher, obviously part of the crew as well. Heh, brilliant way to get people notified of things NOT to do in the theatre like switching seats, taking pictures and stuff. Lol.

Personally, my favourite segment has got to be this..

Freaking heart stopping when the arrows were hitting each target with the tup tup tup sound and finally it pierces the apple. AMAZINGGGG. The physics behind it (because of all the angle of reflection and stuff) is totally cool.

He is one accurate man. And not forgetting his little sidekick beauty who, as cliche as ever, plays the damsel in danger, hahah.

My next most enjoyable would probably be the pair of contortionists!

Only the girl is shown in this picture but the guy is equally good! It was disgustingly cool.. I know i couldnt stop saying "omg yuck yuck yuck.. waaaaaaaaaaaa!!" hahahah. Personal sound effects from yours truly.

The other acts were awesome as well, like the graceful ballerina and all the aerobics other performers were displaying.. so on so forth. Loved the show tremendously! Sets music props costumes everythingg was done so well, but I guess considering it's their resident show, might as well make it a 1xgoodinvestment for everything so they have higher return on capital in the long run. Haha.

The story line is a cliched one as with most theatrical shows but in my opinion, this one was delivered really nicely. Of life's love and wonder, risks & tribulations, sparks and darkness.. really the embodies all the little stories we would all probably go thru at some point in our own lives. Sometimes, not as magnificent (it's a show, of course la..) but ever just the same.

So that's a nice closure to my mundane Thursday evening.

I've got class in.. approximately 7 hours time.

Then another back-to-back lesson.. Followed by the bizcom meeting.. And then I might be attending the Bondue Networking session with some of the UV people. See howwww, Fridays are always busy days for me!

Been feeling quite sian lately bcos it's only the weekend of week2 and my deadlines are mounting.

Too many things to do and settle, it's the eve of chinese new year and my room is still in a terrible mess. Arghhhh. Finding it increasingly tough to balance work and cca and family and friends and myself, ever since i set the goal to meet perfection in every aspect.

It's difficult cuz sometimes it just takes numerous small matters to make everything seem dire. Like how i spent the afternoon cleaning up & getting the car washed only to have it rain moments later. Yeah sure the car wasn't washed by me per se but i still spent the time driving there, waiting (30minutes!!!) just to get it washed, only to drive back in the rain.

And how I got back from supper last night and was too tired, ended up hitting the pillar while parking... First time i've ever knocked anything, even when i was learning i've never hit the curb or whatsoever. Thank goodness the dents ain't very obvious...

Anyway, looks like i'll be spending my cny catching up with work, have so many assignments due this week, projects to handle, events&logs to settle.

One step at a time, I can do it.

Well that's just great, school's started and that's a real bummer.

Completely neglecting this place bcos, well, i've put other things as priority now....

Ever since I got back from ocsp, seems like technology doesn't really matter to me now.

I can go for days without touching my phone and such, heh heh.

As for my laptop... well, I kinda had to do a lot of uploading.. and I need to do the video documentation for YEP submission so yup, can't stay away from it. Hehe, plus i've been rewatching many many Kdramas! Feeling like a secondary school kid all over again, lol.

But alas, reality sinking in with cohort mates celebrating their 21sts and so on.........

On a happy note, am super satisfied with my awesome timetable...

12-3.15pm lessons on monday and tuesday,

no school on wednesday and thursday.

8.30-3.15pm class on friday.

Haha but tomorrows gonna be super long fr me cos of an additional guest lecture to make up for week13's MPW class..... and there's IVP.

So happy fr the team on Monday (9th jan), our first IVP match win in 5 years! Hahaha.

Well, my health's taken a turn for the worse so i haven't been able to train/attend training as much as i wld have liked to (and after all the times i missed trngs bcos of OCSP)... Kinda sad, but can't be helped also.. Just hope to get better soon and start playing again!

Mm, time passes too fast, i think i've said that a million times already but i can't get over it man hahahah. Seems like just yesterday i was still considering which course&uni to apply for..... and now i'm in Y2S2, undecided major, don't know which path to take.

Shall take the time to seriously think about it soon... And it's time to grow up.

Oh well, better turn in soon if not i'll be late for class again tomorrow (lol was late for both my noon classes this week!)

been feeling unwell the past 2 or 3 days, major headache and stomachache :(

Just had a 15hour hibernation, feel better now but i've lost my appetite.

Zzzzz.

Feels like exams are over alrdy though, yay.

I've got a strange power ... and that is to predict whatever comes out for exams.

Srsly, the past 4 papers, things that i hoped wdnt come out but strangely had a feeling it wld (and then i'm just lazy and pray it wont) ok but yeah it rly did. Imagine my shocked face.

My friend's included. Cos before the paper i wld ask him abt it and just say "hope it doesnt come out" .... and yeah.

Haha.

Not sure how results wld turn out, hopefully bellcurve can save my sorry butt.

Thinking whether i should go cut my hair & check out the SITEX fair. Hm.

Less than a week to chiangmai!
